who do, indeed, have a place.

Us? We're calling for and to the liminal,
another kind of language;
and how to translate without losing ‘the thing’
in a world where ‘the liminal’ lives in the margins.
A call to another way of being and seeing
from forgotten magical enchantments still
resonating close under the surface:
like the way the living word weaves into creating;
like the way of a spell being spun in myth-making
from the other-than-human’ world in
close encounter, and our surrender;
like where a night’s dream is suddenly
visible in a tree when walking one day.

Like a different way altogether:
living intimately, as if our deep entanglement
in an animate Earth matters,
makes a difference.
Like maybe that’s the life you’re born for,
the life that can bring you and Earth
into new configuration,
a different kind of reciprocal aliveness in
colours …
